Overview:

Footfall Direct, home to the brands Footfall Print and Wiltshire Print Group, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Sales  Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is not just about providing top-notch customer service; it's about becoming a crucial part of a company that serves the hospitality industry nationally and supports local businesses, and charities through our GivingPrint services.

Responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in running the GivingPrint campaign. This will involve finding and helping local charities and community groups apply for our free printing and ensure that their requests are fulfilled.

• Handle enquiries and provide information about products and services for Footfall Print and Wiltshire Print Group promptly.

• Support customers through the ordering process and resolve any issues or complaints with a focus on satisfaction.

• Make visits to customer sites locally to meet and discuss their needs.

• Use excellent communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Perform data entry tasks to keep customer records current.

• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot customer issues.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of both brands to assist customers effectively.

 

Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A knack for analysing customer needs and crafting suitable solutions.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer service or sales experience is beneficial.
