Challenge

The customer initially made contact having not used a printing company for some time and wanted to find a local printer that could help and guide a new look delivering some inspiration for banners for trade shows in the near future.

She had a version of past print she had previously used and liked but requested she wanted it to look more modern and fresher so needed some help on what possibilities could be produced within a short time scale as her first seminar was within 2 weeks.

Search for a solution

Firstly, it was important for the customers to understand the different products we supplied and options available an appointment was made in the factory for her to come in and see the living and working ways of what could be produced.

This was a one to one with an experienced member of the team who took time to understand her needs and listened to what was required before finding a solution together.

Time was well spent exploring options of different materials between foamex and correx and explanations and awareness of lytho and digital printing whist managing customers expectations of what could be delivered within the timescale given,

The Solution Itself

The personal touch of an appointment where the customer could not only see the options available to her she had the opportunity to see the production of a similar products giving her the chance to not only see a live version of the product but the opportunity to feel the materials to.

The appointment was invaluable as the customer got to discuss and share her requirements person to person whilst understanding options available with the chance to discuss in an informal environment to ensure the requirements were met.

The Results

One happy customer with inspiring new banner stands ready in time for her upcoming seminar. She then became a returning customer ordering more from Footfall and sharing her satisfaction with us via email.

After completing the digital version of our Salary Guide and Market Insights Report, it was important to use a local printer that could portray the quality and expertise our clients would expect.
